This course is for complete beginners who wish to learn how to play Drums and Percussion instruments in a Drum Circle setting. You will learn to play Hand Drums like D'jembe, and African Bass Drums with confidence. You will learn how to read "Box Notation" to learn new Rhythms, and to compose your own. When you complete the course you will be able to sit into any Drum Circle setting and contribute many Rhythms and Grooves from a vast tool-box of Rhythmical ideas you will learn on the course. There are resources for writing your own Rhythms, and Play-along tracks to get the feel for playing with other Drummers.
