This course is an excellent foundation to develop cultural intelligence skills in a fast changing world. A world that is becomming smaller due to current video conferencing and advanced development in transportation. It begins with 10 cultural potpourri around the world that is not enough to understand what is cultural intelligence. Then it raises a couple of questions to ensure understanding of cross-cultural competence as many tests in relation to the latter are not very satisfactory. This course provides a couple of tips to "enhance" CQ. Then it takes you around the world to experience different persepectives in terms of individualism and collectivisim, high context and low context and societies that lean towards success now rather than success later. Surely, it will explain the CQ capabilities that relate to drive, knowledge , strategy and action.
