This coaching course combines online learning with face-to-face skills coaching sessions conducted in small groups in Singapore.
This course will enable participants to gain a better insight of how building a sales funnel and pipeline is crucial in optimizing sales revenue. Participants will learn how to use appropriate prospecting network as one of the effective marketing tools to build customer database.
Through engaging and interactive learning activities over 2 e-coaching sessions via Zoom, participants will also revisit learning from the MOOC and learn practical applications to drive traffic to their small business set up.
The learning outcomes of the course are as follows:
Plan an effective sales funnel through a diversified prospecting network
Create Sales Pipeline to increase product sales
Apply up-selling, down-selling and cross-selling to maximize sales revenue
