In this course, Anne Marie Kramer uncovers each limb, their significance and practical ways we can put them into practice.
Through different lectures, you will learn about the yamas, the niyamas, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and samadhi. Along with each lecture, Anne Marie will guide you through meditations to accompany the lesson's teachings.
Included in this course is also a physical yoga practice that is meant to be practiced daily.
