Together we will look at all relevant aspects of running.
By taking a scientific look you can be sure that I'm not only telling you what I'm in the mood for - everything is clearly structured and well-founded researched.
Among other things, we will deal with running styles - which ones are available, when are they suitable. Or perhaps you find the topic of "training design" particularly exciting?
At what temperature do you run a marathon, how much do you drink during a 10km run? What are “barefoot shoes” and do you need them?
You will be able to answer all these questions afterwards.
You will learn about the sources of this information and be able to craft your own agenda, when it comes to running.
We will take a look at the running techniques, but I won’t teach you specific training protocols – those are highly individual. But you will be able to create your own program and fit it to your needs.
It doesn’t matter if you are a competitive runner or just like to have some time off on the weekends and celebrate with a long run through the woods. I promise you will learn something new and interesting ?
