2020 has been an interesting year, to say the least. We are all processing more varied and intense emotions than ever before. I created this course because I knew it was something my own soul deeply craved. I desperately needed a safe space to process my emotions as well as a community of love and support that would let me know I wasn't alone in my struggle. During this time of COVID-19 and social distancing it is easy to feel afraid. It is easy to feel alone. I want you to know you are not alone. Your struggle is real. But we can all find and grow pockets of peace. You don't need to pretend or put on a brave face. In fact, learning to acknowledge and sit with your emotions can help you to feel more empowered.
This group clearing is here to support you as you process emotions, let go of unsupportive energies, and intentionally invite in a more supportive narrative; a narrative free of judgment and fear. As you will learn in this course, what you focus on expands. What you think is what you create. I invite you to sit with me as we work together to create peace, clarity, compassion, and abundance.
