This course offers simple energy healing tools and techniques that the everyday person can use, right away, for self care, stress relief and relaxation. No prior experience or Reiki experience is needed. You will learn breathing techniques, hand positions you can hold and ways you can work with crystals. Energy healing isn't complex and is readily available to all of us. You're already doing so many things that count as energy healing, you just aren't aware of it, until now in this class.
You will also receive a brief introduction to Reiki and how it can help heal you and areas of your life.
