Final Cut Pro X is a professional and full-featured piece of software. It allows unlimited creativity and can be used to produce a movie-quality end result. However, like many large applications it can seem a little intimidating at first glance. This course is here to walk you slowly through your first few hours with this video editor.
I start from the very beginning with a tour of the panels and importing your first clips. From there I work through many topics, each increasing your knowledge of Final Cut Pro X and making you more comfortable editing video. My approach is very chatty and relaxed, no high-power, snappy videos here. All is calm and zen. At the end of the course you will have a great grasp of Final Cut Pro X and be able to express your visual creativity without feeling the software is getting in the way.
