The goal for my lessons is to spread Kyokushin Karate, full contact karate also known as the strongest karate, to the global community. As far as I know, Kyokushin Karate has not been introduced to certain parts of the world enough to popularise it to its maximum potential yet. I aim to teach all of my viewers the basics of Kyokushin Karate and strengthen their understanding of the Martial Art by providing lessons for all levels. Please note: These videos are made to be helpful to expand or build basic knowledge on Kyokushin Karate and learn new techniques. They are no substitution for actually taking martial arts lessons in real life with a teacher. Use the videos as reference and try out the given lessons but do not avoid going to an actual class if you have the opportunity to.
