Course Summary
Overview, Define and Measure: Immersion in Lean awareness training, define strategic priorities, outline project charter, stakeholder management plan and scope out the as-is processes. Develop an understanding of the key indicators, measurement plans, understand the key elements of Voice of the Customer (VOC) into Critical Customer Requirements (CCR).
Analyze and Improve: Learn the basic statistical tools to identify and validate root causes with stakeholders. Learn how to generate solution ideas, analyze solution impacts and benefits, evaluate and prioritize solutions, develop new process maps and high-level plans and develop pilot plans and solutions.
Control and Certification: Understand how to develop methods to implement solutions, identify opportunities, integrate and manage solutions in Daily Work Processes, and integrate lessons learned. Lastly, our trainers will facilitate the Yellow Belt Six Sigma exam for Yellow Belt candidates.
Learning Objectives
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Practitioners will:
Build understanding a basic Lean Six Sigma through hands-on interaction with related exercises, and theory
Build a basic understanding of the methodology, and some of the most commonly used Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques;
Learn how to assist Green Belts in implementing medium to large Lean projects;
Provides training in Voice of the Customer (VOC), and Certification Exam.
