Welcome to the Movement Foundations Course for Mastering the Yoga Basics!
This is an interactive course full of detailed content which has been layered to create a progressive experience. What is most important to know about this course content is that we explore the foundations of movement that form a Yoga practice.
This is not a course about Yoga postures. There are no Yoga posture cues found in this course as we are studying movement, the foundation of postures.
Together, we explore these movement fundamentals from a standing position, through a mix of interactive video and educational slides, to begin to cultivate a relationship with the learning process. Our overall intention is to gradually build a foundation and framework, through our 9 Considerations + 1 Integrated Movement Practice, for you to deepen your connection with yourself… with movement, with your Yoga practice and open an opportunity for integration into your life.
