The program explores the emotional, mental, and spiritual roots of the challenge you are facing.
You are then guided through mental exercises of uncovering the obstacles to successfully overcoming your addictions, and gaining an understanding of what purpose it/they served.
Next, a powerful combination of techniques including mental imagery, strengthening will power and self- hypnosis is introduced, to help you control and/or eliminate your cravings, to move mentally, emotionally, and behaviorally into a new reality of living addiction-free, and to create an environment that supports this positive life change.
Finally, you are taught ways of reinforcing your success through a maintenance program.
