- You need to be acquainted with fundamental notions of music theory (melody, rhythm, basic harmony, etc.). You will also need your computer/laptop and a keyboard with MIDI interface (if you play an acoustic instrument instead of keyboards is fine as well - please see the introductory video for more information).
- This course is labelled as "beginners" because it assumes that you don't know what a Digital Audio Worksation is and that you are new to the art of audio mixing. But don't be misled by this. The course will take you a long way and will provide guidelines and tips that will be very useful even for experienced self-produced musicians.
