During this course, I will teach you to understand what is happening during the sourdough process so it's fun, informative, and visually appealing. Every step is shown along the way in shortened versions, so you get enough information to move forward, but don't have to sit through the entire process. I am not the star of this show - I am simply in the background the entire time to guide you along the way. ABSOLUTE NECESSITIES ARE: Dutch oven covered pot, small glass covered fermenting dish, covered proofing basket, and basic baking equipment such as flour sifter, measuring spoons, glass bowls, glass jars, marking pens, a razor for slashing dough, and ingredients!
