- 4.5
Brief Introduction
1st Degree, 2nd Degree, 4th Degree, Chemical, Flash Burns and Ice EffectsDescription
As a Special Effects Makeup artist, burns are an interesting special effect to make. From simple redness from a first degree burn all the way to cooked flesh in a fourth degree burn, all burns have their own look. I will teach you what the differences are and how to make them look real.
In this class I will be instructing you on how to produce the following effects:
- First Degree Burns
- Second Degree Burns
- Forth Degree Burns
- Chemical Burns
- Flash Burns
- Ice Effects
I have added how to make Ice Effects (frostbite) because they are a lot like a burn. They damage the skin and the techniques to make them are much the same. it is important to make them real and make them fast. Your production may have a lot of people that need makeup before shooting can begin. I will show you shortcuts to create these great effects.
