My goal in this series is to enable and empower you to trust the process of your body changing and along with this, aiming to assist you in finding a powerful way through the range of experiences that can accompany this life-changing experience. 

We will use therapeutic approaches, yoga, pranayama and many other rituals to work you way through the ups and downs that accompany your physical, emotional and sexual experiences in this time. 

The films are listed according to the different sections and you can watch them all in a sequence or choose only the one or several that you are interested in.

  • Ideally you are in peri-menopause or experiencing the menopause. Peri menopause is linked to irregular periods and mood changes including anxiety & sleeplessness. Menopause is defined by an absence of periods for a year. A yoga mat can be helpful. There is a section that uses a pair of 3kg weights. Loose, comfortable clothes are good to wear for the more physical practices.
